Brush Fire Controlled on Spresser Street

On 2-22-12 at 6:25 P. M. there was a fire alarm triggered at 3020 South Spresser Street in Taylorville.

Vickie Austin of Taylorville had her alarm go off because of an out of control brush fire. The Taylorville Fire Department received the alarm at 6:25 P.M. and arrived on location at 6:34 P.M.

The fire was controlled by the Taylorville Fire Department at 7:40 P.M. and the Taylorville Fire Department respondents left at 8:00 P.M.
